Jaipur , Rajasthan

28 / 03 / 2025 ,

First river - " I breath devotion and my heart beats to heal the fissures of the human psyche ".

The soft, golden sunlight of spring spilled gently over the horizon, casting its glow upon the sacred lake beside the temple. The waters shimmered under its touch, mirroring the warmth of the day. The sunlight kissed the grand Shiva temple, awakening it in all its divine glory. All around, lotus blossoms bloomed in quiet reverence, swaying slightly in the morning breeze - a sight as sacred as it was beautiful.

This was not just any temple. It was the most revered and grandest temple in Jaipur - dedicated to Lord Shiva, though adorned equally with the devotion of Laxmi Narayan devotees .

"Har Har Mahadev!

Har Har Mahadev!"

The temple resounded with the final chants of the morning aarti. As usual, it was overflowing with devotees, its beauty magnified by the marigolds, mogra, harsingar, and thousands of lotus flowers strung around the marble pillars and entrance arches. Every corner whispered of faith.

Inside, a girl sat cross-legged before the sacred shivling, her palms joined in silent prayer, eyes closed in pure surrender. The light fell perfectly on her face, casting a soft radiance. Her open hair swayed with the cool wind, brushing gently against her cheeks. This was her everyday ritual - chanting Lord Shiva's mantra 108 times before beginning her day.

She wore a yellow anarkali suit, richly embroidered with intricate patterns, glimmering faintly under the soft light. There was something timeless in her poise - like a flame steady in the wind.

As her prayer ended, she offered the last stream of water to Lord Shiva, picked up the prasad plate, and stood to leave - just as the priest approached.

" aaj teri behen saath nahi aayi " the priest asked kindly, a knowing smile on his face.

Translation:-Your sister didn't come today."

" usse sone se fursat mile tab aayegi na ," Isha - the calmest river of the book , replied with a smile that mixed fondness with mischief.

Translation:- "She'd have to actually wake up first to get here."

" itni bhi aalsi nahi hu mai ", a voice came from from behind, laced with playful irritation.

Translation:- I'm not this much lazy !

Isha bit her tongue playfully and turned around . Ruhani was standing there , dressed in a navy-blue kurti, eyes sparkling with defiance and warmth, their bond had more teasing than talking - and a love stronger than either would admit.

Ruhani stepped forward and pinched isha on her hand . Isha gasped dramatically and smiled. Ruhani greeted the priest with folded hands.

"Namaste, Pandit Ji."

"Khush raho, beti," he said, resting his hand on her head. He smiled at the two sisters - clearly used to their banter - and handed Ruhani a plate of prasad before walking away.

Translation:- bless you !

" tujhe kya lagta mai roj der se uthti hu " Ruhani narrowed her eyes, half-teasing, half-challenging.

Translation:- Do you think that I everyday woke up late ?

" areyy mai toh sirf satya keh rahi thi ", Isha said with mock pride, raising her eyebrows playfully and nibbling a piece of jaggery from her prasad.

Translation:- I was only saying the truth.

" bas ! bas ! Hindi sahityakar ki putri ", Ruhani rolled her eyes. " aaj ke liye itni shudh hindi kaafi hai", ruhani said dramatically flaunting her hands.

Translation:- enough! enough! The daughter of a Hindi scholar.

Isha stared at her with mock anger, narrowing her eyes. Ruhani grinned, seized her moment, and bolted toward the temple stairs.

With a gasp and a smile, Isha chased her, holding her prasad close. Ruhani sprinted down the steps, placed her prasad on a bench nearby, and started making faces at Isha, giggling between them.

" tu toh aaj nahi bachegi ruhani ", Isha called out, putting her prasad down too, and running after her.

Translation:- You won't be spared today, Ruhani."

"You'll have to catch me first, madam!" Ruhani shouted, laughing as she darted across the courtyard.

Isha ran harder. Her laughter echoed across the temple grounds , a burst of life amid the silence of devotion. They both were running around the fountain , ruhani was trying to save herself while Isha was on her way to catch her , both sisters were running like crazy , people standing there looking at them with a confusing face . In a few strides, she caught Ruhani by her arm, and the two collapsed into laughter, breathless and glowing.

They sat on the temple lawn, catching their breath. The cool morning breeze played with their hair, rustling the trees above. They looked at each other and chuckled again - soft, warm, unspoken joy shared in silence.

" chal warna hum dono late ho jayenge ," Isha said finally, standing with a smile.

Translation:- let's go or we'll both get late.

Ruhani nodded. They picked up their prasad and walked down the temple path, their laughter still lingering in the air like a hymn.

As Isha moved toward the temple's exit gate, a strange sensation swept over her , the distinct feeling of being watched. She paused, her steps faltering. Slowly, she turned around, eyes scanning the courtyard. But there was no one just the morning breeze brushing past and the rustling of trees in the distance.

Still, a weight sat heavily on her chest , something unshakable, whispering of a presence unseen and of something deeply wrong.

Second river - " I'm that sin , you can never escape ".

Every coin has two sides and so does this world . A City cloaked not in the shadows, but in secrets. A city the ordinary world knows nothing about and wouldn't dare to imagine. They don't know that such a place could even exist.

But it does.

Some are born from this very darkness.

A place where betrayal is currency, and blood is spilled before trust is earned.

A place where crime isn't just business - it's the language of survival.

This place bears a name that echoes through the underworld like a warning - THE ABYSS SYNDICATE.

It is an empire - a brutal, hidden kingdom built by one man. A man whose name is spoken in hushed tones . A man who is itself a lord and devil of this world , A man who creates the sin and punishes others for their sin .

In a dimly lit dungeon, a man hung from the ceiling , not dead, but dangerously close to it.

His face bore the savage story of relentless torture: deep slashes carved into his skin, and one eye was missing . A hollow reminder of the cruelty inflicted by the mafia's merciless henchmen.

His clothes had long been shredded; what remained of him was a trembling body, soaked entirely in his own blood - head to toe, blood clung to him like a second skin.

With what little strength he had left, the man tilted his head downward.

And then... he stopped breathing.

Beneath him yawned a deep, wide pool - black as ink and still as death. But it wasn't empty.

Crocodiles circled slowly in the water below, their eyes glinting with hunger, watching his prey hanging up the ceiling.

Somewhere in the shadows, footsteps echoed across the cold concrete floor.Someone was coming and it wasn't for mercy.

The moment his presence touched the room, every henchman in the dungeon lowered their heads.

Their backs stiffened, eyes dropped to the floor.

No one dared to breathe the same air he did.

Fear wasn't just present-it consumed them. Their throats ran dry, and they swallowed hard as he emerged from the shadows.

Impeccably dressed in black, eyes colder than the steel that hung the man from the ceiling.

The man dangling from the chains trembled as he stepped closer. His bloodied legs twitched in mid-air, involuntarily reacting to the dread climbing up his spine.

" S-S-Sir..."

The words barely left his lips, cracked and trembling. His lower lip was slashed open, swollen and red, blood crusted along his jaw.

He was looking at the men with the blank cold face which was unreadable He simply stared at the man in front of him, his silence louder than any scream in that dungeon.

Then-

a faint click.

A sudden light flickered on one of the side walls.

Everyone's heads snapped toward it.A projector had started. The video began to play: grainy black-and-white security footage showing the same man-inside an the most important room of files .

His hands moved quickly. Files were being tampered with.

He swapped papers, tucked classified sheets into his coat, and left another set behind-false information.

He took the paper that held the worth of 150 million dollars. He handed it to another man, who was staring back at him with a wild smirk.

"You're taking the risk," the man in the video said, taking the papers from his hand.

"Risk is made for me. I'd love to take risks," he replied with a loud chuckle.

The video was turned off, but the glare didn't stop. His cold, murderous eyes stayed fixed on him, burning through his soul. He stepped further out from the shadows.

" 150 million dollars " he said, his voice cutting through the silence, cold and tight with rage.

The man hanging from the ceiling lowered his head. He couldn't look into those ruthless eyes.

"I-I'm sorry, sir..." he stuttered, his lips trembling. His chest was rising and falling rapidly under the pressure of fear.

"Sorry?" He chuckled-dark, venomous. He picked up a gun from the side table. "Do you think sorry works in the abyss syndicate ?"

He looked at him again, sharp and merciless like an eagle scanning its prey.

"S-Sorry..." the man dared to speak again, but this time, he knew the danger. Everyone in that dungeon knew his wrath , his uncountable anger issue . He once killed a man for the simple mistake of entering his office without his permission.

He clenched his jaw. He ground his side teeth.

"What's the punishment of a sin?" he asked to his henchmen while keeping his eyes fixed on the man.

The henchmen looked at each other-confused, hesitant as they don't know whom this lord was asking .

"WHAT'S THE PUNISHMENT OF A SIN?!" he barked again, this time loud enough to make everyone flinch. Their eyes shut in terror, their bodies stiffened. Now they know from whom , he's asking .

"Death," they all answered at once, their heads bowed low.

The man on the ceiling started crying. He knew his fate was sealed.

He looked directly at him, cocked the gun, loaded the bullets, and pointed it at his head,ย  he was going to die but it was his misunderstanding , he was not going to die this easily -- ofcourse he even torned his skin and loaded him in his own blood but still not this easily . He pointed at the rope that held his hands up against the ceiling.

He pulled the trigger.

The rope snapped.

One of the crocodiles in the dark pool looked up instantly. Its eyes gleamed with hunger. It swam fast, pushing through others, mouth opening wide-rows of sharp deadly teeth ready to feast.

The man fell straight into its jaws.

He realized-this was his one-way ticket, and it had been punched.

The henchmen stood frozen, watching the horror unfold in front of them. The crocodile slammed its mouth shut with a loud snap. The man's scream echoed through the dungeon. They saw him trying to escape, flailing, but more crocodiles piled over him.

Some tore his arms off. Others ripped his head from his body.

Blood filled the black pool.

While he watched with a wild smirk.

"Examples are in front of you. Am I clear ? " he said quietly, turning his head toward his henchmen's .

But every man was busy looking at the scenario of death , they weren't even able to move from their place , their legs were shivering in fear . They gulped hardly .

He glanced around-one was trembling, another shivering, others pale.

" AM I CLEAR ? " he barked this time , voice sharp like a blade. He looked at every man with sharp eyes as if they are going to be his next prey if they don't answer .

But luckily they snapped back into reality.

"Yes, Boss," they all said loudly in one tone.

He looked at them one last time-and walked out of the room.

He stepped out of the dungeon into a vast green courtyard. The wind stirred the trees gently, rustling their leaves, until it found his hair and brushed past it like a whisper. His eyes scanned the serene surroundings.

He pull out something from his pocket , he looked at the thing which is round and having its most iconic beautiful Golden colour --- It was a bracelet which have small some hearts and small pearls on it , many iconic golden butterflies made on it .

He smirked and remembered the incident 5 months before , when he met a girl in the Park randomly when he was killing a man brutally , he remembered her guts of pushing him,ย  callingย  him aย  minister .

" Not always but sometimes random meets can take people to long routes ", he murmured looking at the bracelet , he kept that bracelet back om his pocket and glanced at the sky .

" Live your Virtue little Sparrow Untill your sin comes and destroy you ", He murmured and smirked of the thinking about the future because what he was going to do is unchangeable ....
